Yes, we work with both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. For plan-managed participants, we invoice your plan manager directly. Self-managed participants pay and submit the invoice to the NDIA for reimbursement.
We recommend at least 24 hours notice for WAT vehicle bookings to ensure the right vehicle is allocated. Same-day WAT bookings are subject to availability. Call us on 1300 455 115 to check.
Yes, we accept TAC (Transport Accident Commission) transport claims. Contact us with your claim number and we will confirm the arrangements with your insurer.
Please give us as much notice as possible for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a short-notice cancellation fee in line with NDIS price guide rules.
